RS (E30) Smoke-proof doors with Forster presto

 

Forster presto 50 is a complete profile system with fittings and accessories for flush-fitting single- and double-leaf doors according to DIN 18095 (RS) and for R30 doors and glazed screens.

These elements are safe and reliable, and meet the most rigorous requirements with regard to technical functionality and extreme continuous stress.

The appearance of the forster presto 50 profiles is identical to those of the Forster fuego light T30/F30; T60/F60, T90/F90 series (fire resistant doors) with thermal break, and the fully-insulated door profiles Forster unico. The appearance of the forster presto 60 profiles matches that of the forster fuego profiles.

Starting material

  • Steel, bright or steel, galvanised (GV/GC) or
  • Stainless steel 1.4301, surface quality: grinded (220-240 grain)
  • Steel galvanised (GV/GC) with aluminium cladding sections

Aesthetic appeal /Dimensions

  • Extremely narrow profile cross-sections: case width 50 mm
  • Size of frame / leaf only 130 mm
  • Section depth of leaf and frame 50 mm, flush-fitting
  • Forster presto 60 has a case width of 55 mm

  • Leaf doors opening inwards and outwards
  • Panic doors

Fittings

  • Both fittings adapted to the system and commercial hardware may be used

Protection and safety

  • Smoke-proof doors in the categories RS-1/RS-2 according to DIN 18095 
  • Smoke-proof doors and screenings in the category R30 (CH) 
  • Fire-resistant doors and screenings E30/E60/EW60 
  • Burglar-resistant doors WK 1-2 according to DIN V ENV 1627

Processing

  • Extremely economical finishing without special equipment.
